Cooking Tips:

  • Sirloin Steaks: Bring to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Pan-Searing: Heat cast iron skillet until smoking hot. Sear 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (135°F). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Grilling: Preheat grill to high heat. Grill 4-5 minutes per side, turning once. Don't flip repeatedly - let it develop a nice crust.
  • Ground Beef: Perfect for burgers or tacos. Cook to 160°F. The natural marbling means you won't need to add fat.
  • Pro Tip: Our dry-aged beef is incredibly tender - don't overcook! Use a meat thermometer for perfect results every time.
